When Do Babies Sleep Through The Night
Birth to 3 Months
Newborns need to eat every 2-3 hours, so it's normal for them to wake up frequently at night to feed.
As they get older, they'll start to sleep for longer stretches at night. By 3 months, most babies are able to sleep for 5-6 hours at a time.
4 to 6 Months
At this age, babies are usually able to sleep for 6-8 hours at a time without waking up to eat.
However, some babies may still wake up once or twice a night to feed.
7 to 9 Months
Most babies are able to sleep through the night without waking up to feed by this age.
However, some babies may still wake up once or twice a night to feed or for other reasons, such as teething or illness.
10 to 12 Months
By this age, most babies are able to sleep for 10-12 hours at a time without waking up.
However, some babies may still wake up once or twice a night for comfort or security.
What to Do If Your Baby Isn't Sleeping Through the Night

- Make sure your baby is getting enough to eat during the day.
- Establish a regular bedtime routine.

- Rule out any medical conditions that may be causing your baby to wake up at night.
When to See a Doctor
